Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or need to return the product because of a size-related issue, we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place for you.

To initiate the return process, you can place a return request by writing to us within 2 days of receiving your order at Customer Support Email: info@zavner.com. Returns sent without first contacting the customer service will not be accepted.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from the shipping address. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return package.

Return and Refund Policy in case of size-related issues

In case you are returning the product for a size-related issue, we accept returns if the product is returned in unused and undamaged condition. Once we receive the product, we will check the product to ensure that it is in its original and unused condition. To get the product of a different size, you can place a fresh order on our website.

Return and Refund Policy in case of a defective or a different product received.

In case you have received a misprinted, defective, or different product, it is mandatory to send the unboxing video and defect images with your email.

Refund in case of order cancellation

If your prepaid order is cancelled or you have placed a request to cancel it before it is processed, your original payment method will be credited within 7 business days of order cancellation.

Refund for shipment lost in transit

A refund will be issued once the shipping status confirms the lost item.

Refund in case the order package appears to be tampered with at the time of delivery

If you believe the order package has been tampered with, either check the contents before accepting or refuse to accept the package. Refund will be issued after the package is returned to us.
